Job summary
Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Director, Engineering - Sales Applications to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of dealer portals, consumer sites, warranty and parts systems. You will partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Digital to drive modernization and scalable solutions.
You will align initiatives with Hyundai Motor Group's global technology vision, manage budgets and vendors, and guide teams toward secure, high-performance applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years in enterprise applications and digital platforms with 12+ years in IT leadership.
- Experience supporting dealer portals, consumer websites, warranty and parts systems.
- Proven ability to lead modernization, digital transformation, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, delivery, and governance for dealer portals and sales applications.
- Develop roadmaps aligned with global technology strategy and business goals.
- Oversee portfolio performance, security, compliance, and service delivery.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
