Position Description

The Sales and Marketing Director - Retirement Plans will lead and direct a team to research, evaluate, and implement communications and promotional projects supporting our Retirement Plans products. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, affiliates, and field partners to develop effective marketing materials, sales tools, and programs to increase awareness and sales.

Position Location

• This position is remote, with no regular in-office requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead product marketing, including messaging and content creation.
• Execute direct-to-consumer/producer sales strategies via electronic channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, PR, and online marketing efforts.
• Support sales with packaged sales concepts, training, and success stories.
• Build relationships to promote business growth.
• Oversee business plans focusing on results and metrics.
• Lead and influence teams to achieve objectives.
• Create strategies aligned with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Monitor external markets for competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in retirement plans.
• 4-7 years of supervisory experience.
