As a Director, Sales at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth across strategic and healthcare verticals. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader in various industries. By leading a team of strategic account managers, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence across multiple verticals. Your strategic guidance and ability to identify new business opportunities will contribute to the company's overall success and position it as a leader in these industries.

This role can sit anywhere in the United States (preferably on the east coast) and will operate on a fully remote work schedule. This role will entail 60% (+) travel pending the time of year and client needs.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across various industries.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee a team of strategic account managers, driving the development and execution of strategic and healthcare verticals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in various industries, understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions across different verticals.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations in multiple industries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth across various verticals.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across multiple industries.
