We’re looking for a strategic healthcare SaaS sales lead with a strong track record of selling to mid-to-large healthcare organizations and an existing network across major US EHR platforms. This is a foundational commercial role with clear leadership potential as we scale our U.S. business.
We’re a small but mighty team passionate about fixing broken workflows in healthcare. If you’re tired of red tape and ready to make real impact fast—while building a best-in-class commercial organization—this role is for you. You’ll be one of the first U.S. sales hires, with a direct line to company leadership and significant influence over how we go to market. You'll help shape the commercial DNA of a fast-scaling team that’s improving prescribing workflows across the U.S.
The estimated total compensation for this role is $200k depending on a variety of factors including experience, market data, etc.
We’re looking for a high-performer and are structured to reward that. Compensation includes a generous base salary, high-impact variable structure tied to process and outcome metrics, and meaningful equity. For top performers, there’s a clear path to leadership with upside aligned to team growth and enterprise wins.
