Director Sales (Finance)


As a Director, Sales at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth across strategic and healthcare verticals. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader in various industries. You will lead a team of strategic account managers to expand the company's market presence and identify new business opportunities.

This role can be based anywhere in the United States (preferably on the east coast) and will operate on a fully remote work schedule. It involves approximately 60% (+) travel, depending on the time of year and client needs.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across various industries.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
