The Montana Hospital Association is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Director of RHTP Shared Services. This role oversees opportunities that help Montana hospitals work smarter, reduce costs, and access supportive resources for long-term sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare admin, business, finance, public administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive healthcare operations, shared services, or related experience.
• Experience leading multi-organization initiatives and rural/tribal healthcare preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary Montana-based contact for RHTP shared-services implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with provider executives, MHREF, MHA Ventures, RHTP implementation staff, MRIT partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead the shared-services deployment process, including needs assessment, operational assessment, implementation planning, and deployment aligned with objectives.
• Provide on-site and virtual technical assistance, monitor progress, identify barriers, and coordinate corrective action.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, competitive sourcing, aggregated purchasing, and contract negotiations.
