Job summary

West Oaks Hospital in Houston is seeking a Director of Risk Management. The role requires an RN license and leadership in risk assessment and mitigation within a behavioral health setting.

You will lead development and monitoring of the hospital's risk management program, ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards, and coordinate corrective actions to improve patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• RN license required.
• Three years of clinical experience in psychiatric setting or related field with knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors a Risk Management program in accordance with UHS TERM Program.
• Demonstrates leadership competencies within the Risk Management team.
• Other duties as assigned by hospital leadership.
