Earthmover Credit Union is seeking a Director of Risk Management & Compliance to lead the CMS and develop an enterprise risk framework aligned with strategic goals. You will work with senior leadership, the Board, and departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in compliance and risk management with leadership exposure.
• Knowledge of CMS/ERM frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with executives and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ECU's Compliance Management System (CMS) and monitor corrective actions.
• Develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework aligned with strategy.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise-wide risks including regulatory, operational and reputational risks.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and audits and present findings to leadership and the Board.
• Guide policy reviews and ensure timely communications across departments.
