Job summary

Revel Group is seeking an experienced Director of Rides & Attractions Maintenance to lead maintenance, safety, reliability, and capital planning for rides and attractions across Anakeesta and WildSide. You will oversee coaster, lift, and adventure maintenance teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure safe, exciting guest experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance/engineering and 5+ years of leadership, with strong technical and problem‑solving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, rides, attractions, or industrial experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaster, lift, and adventure maintenance teams.
• Oversee safety, inspections, preventive maintenance, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, repairs, and vendors.
• Support new attractions and major projects.
