• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading program management and cross-departmental initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program management and operational functions for Rider Tools initiatives.
• Coordinate across technology teams, operational departments, vendors, and external partners.
• Directly supervise program management staff and contractors (up to five employees).
• Oversee governance, planning, and delivery processes for strategic initiatives.
• Manage procurements, vendor evaluations, contract administration, and invoicing.
• Represent MBTA Rider Tools in cross-departmental groups and external engagements.
