Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity pioneer, seeks a Revenue Readiness leader to standardize how we prepare sellers and frontline managers across geographies. You will define governance, learning systems, and program discipline to scale our GTM readiness and drive growth.
The role requires 10+ years in revenue readiness or related fields, with proven leadership in a scaling B2B SaaS environment. You will collaborate with senior GTM leaders to align investment, sequencing, and capability
Compensation Range: $190,000 to $210,000 base plus bonus and equity
What We Do:
Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.
We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.
What You’ll Do:
You will lead across the revenue organization to establish the governance, operating standards, learning systems, and program discipline needed to prepare sellers and frontline managers consistently across roles, segments, motions, and geographies. You will shape priorities with senior GTM leaders, make clear investment and sequencing decisions, and lead your team and cross-functional partners through execution.
Perfect Imperfection guides how you work. You create enough structure to scale while continuing to learn and improve the model. You Give a $h*t about whether people are genuinely prepared to perform. You bring Candor when ownership or expectations are unclear, build trust by giving more than we take, and demonstrate Warrior Spirit as you lead meaningful organizational change. You are Outcome-Obsessed about building organizational readiness that helps Huntress execute its growth priorities.
