• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in revenue cycle operations, with healthcare/lab experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience at management level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle for Tempus AI Diagnostics.
• Partner with lab operations, finance, and compliance to align processes with business goals.
• Implement KPI dashboards and governance to monitor denials, days in AR, and cash collections.
• Oversee Quadax workflows, data quality, and vendor performance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and executive reporting for continuous improvement.
