Tempus is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Operations to serve as the primary liaison for Tempus AI Diagnostics. This leader will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle, partnering closely with diagnostic laboratory operations, finance, reimbursement, technology, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant processes.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in revenue cycle operations, hands-on Quadax experience, and a track record of measurable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in revenue cycle operations, with diagnostic labs experience.
• 5+ years leading teams at manager/director level; strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Quadax and related revenue-cycle systems.

Aufgaben

• Serve as principal revenue cycle liaison translating priorities into operational plans and expectations.
• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across intake, verification, coding, claims, denials, and collections.
• Establish KPIs and drive improvements; ensure audit readiness and strong controls.
• Oversee Quadax workflows, data quality, and vendor performance; manage implementation impacts.
• Partner with compliance, legal, finance, and clinical teams to align workflow with policy and governance.
