Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Director, RCM Analytics and Insights to lead the analytics and insights surrounding advanced RCM KPIs. This newly created role focuses on optimizing RCM performance and improving revenue recognition processes.

The Director will collaborate with executive teams and oversee a small team, driving improvements in cash flow and reimbursement accuracy through data analytics and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in finance and healthcare data analytics, preferably in oncology.
• Experience with HCPCS, ICD-10, and CPT coding.
• Proficient in analyzing revenue cycle trends and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM enterprise-wide analysis and trend assessments.
• Translate metrics into insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to develop system enhancements.
