Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle & Financial Analytics to partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical leadership. You will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, develop CFO-ready dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making across multiple clinics and locations.

The role requires deep healthcare analytics expertise, strong financial acumen, and a track record of large-scale transformation in growing healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Education as specified in the qualifications section.
• 5+ years progressive analytics experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payor contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle and financial transformation initiatives.
• Design operating models, workflows, and reporting structures leveraging data platforms and automation.
• Develop CFO-ready dashboards and executive-level reporting for revenue, cash flow, and profitability.
• Drive automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve performance and scalability.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and reconciliation across source systems.
