Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of healthcare, consulting, or healthcare operations experience with revenue cycle focus.
• BA/BS degree or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Experience with revenue cycle challenges and performance improvement, including working with PE on due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with healthcare clients, directing interview activities and data gathering.
• Develop and review financial and operational models to support client decisions.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, and junior staff, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Communicate with client executives and sponsor teams; build trusted relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and drive value across engagements.
