Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of U.S. retirement and savings programs.
• Develop retirement strategies to support talent attraction, retention, and wellbeing.
• Ensure plans comply with applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee relationships with plan administrators, recordkeepers, trustees, consultants, and vendors.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR on governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Direct retirement plan communications and employee education initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform enhancements.
• Establish and track KPIs, metrics, and service standards.
• Manage plan audits, fiduciary reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Lead and develop retirement team members in a collaborative environment.
• Manage budgets, compliance, workforce planning, and succession planning.
