The Director, Retirement is a key leader within HR Total Rewards, responsible for shaping and delivering retirement programs that attract, retain , and support a highly talented workforce. This role provides strategic direction for retirement plan design, governance, compliance, financial management , communications, and vendor oversight, while ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives .

The Director will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to enhance the employee experience, drive operational excellence, and advance a modern retirement strategy that supports organizational growth and employee success.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
