Job summary

Career Land Center is hiring a Director of Respiratory Therapy in Manchester, NH, overseeing a team of about 33 across the Respiratory Care department, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The Respiratory Care team comprises roughly 22 staff.

You will manage clinical and operational aspects, maintain standards, and drive organizational improvements. The position reports to the COO, requires a NH license, and prefers at least 5 years in Respiratory Therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or related field.
• NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.

Career Land Center is hiring for a Director of Respiratory Therapy at a 330-bed, Level III Trauma Center in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities

Report to the COO and oversee a team of approximately 33 staff across the Respiratory Care department, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, with the Respiratory Care department itself comprising roughly 22 staff. Manage both the clinical and operational sides of these departments, setting and maintaining clinical standards of practice, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead program development and manage physician and referral-source relationships, along with broader organizational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required. State of New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License required. 5+ years of experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Schedule

Full-time, days, no weekends.
