Job summary

Career Land Center is hiring for a Director of Respiratory Therapy at a 330-bed, Level III Trauma Center in Manchester, NH. The role reports to the COO and oversees a multidisciplinary respiratory care team across several departments, guiding clinical standards, budget and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, NH license, and 5+ years in respiratory therapy, with full-time, day schedule and potential sign-on/relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• State of New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• 5+ years of experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 33 staff across respiratory care, pulmonary function lab, EEG services and pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Manage clinical and operational standards, department budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead program development and manage physician and referral-source relationships.
