Job summary

Career Land Center is hiring a Director of Respiratory Therapy in Manchester, NH, overseeing a team of about 33 across the Respiratory Care department, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The Respiratory Care team comprises roughly 22 staff.

You will manage clinical and operational aspects, maintain standards, and drive organizational improvements. The position reports to the COO, requires a NH license, and prefers at least 5 years in Respiratory Therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or related field.
• NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
• Set clinical standards, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance.
