Job summary

The Veritas Forum, Inc. seeks a Director of the Graduate Scholars Program to lead the annual graduate conference and year-round scholar development. You will manage venue contracts, schedules, mentor recruitment, attendee experience, and outcomes reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, oversee cross-Veritas partnerships, and guide budgeting and administrative support to ensure mission-aligned activities for PhD students and early-career scholars.

Qualifications

• PhD and administrative experience in program building, events, or lab management.
• Bachelor degree with 5+ years of professional success in operations, program building, or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate the annual graduate conference including venue coordination and contracting.
• Design and implement year-round graduate scholar development programs and workshops.
• Recruit mentors and mentees and manage mentor-mentee relationships.
• Coordinate cross-Veritas collaboration and on-site event execution.
• Track outcomes, report on program metrics, and manage budgets.
