Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking a Director of Product Operations to turn strategy into momentum across our product portfolio. You will design governance, processes, metrics, and release disciplines to move ideas from discovery to adoption.

This high-visibility role connects teams across HHIT and evolves with products, regulations, technology, and priorities. In-office or hybrid role (three days in-office, two days remote) for local candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product operations, program management, product management, product enablement, or a closely related discipline within a healthcare software product organization.
• Track record of designing and implementing product operating models, lifecycle governance, cross-functional programs, and release or launch processes.
• Strong program leadership skills across planning, dependency and risk management, facilitation, and executive reporting.
• Analytical, highly organized approach with experience defining KPIs that turn data into decisions and operational improvements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and leadership skills for varied audiences.
• Experience creating scalable documentation, training, communications, or adoption resources for enterprise software.

Aufgaben

• Design the Product Operations strategy, operating model, standards, and governance practices.
• Establish lifecycle and stage-gate frameworks ensuring clear decision rights, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and accountability.
• Lead annual and periodic roadmap planning, portfolio cadences, and readiness reviews.
• Partner with Product leadership to strengthen prioritization, capacity insight, and portfolio transparency.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships for software tooling enablement and EHR partnerships.
• Establish enterprise release-management standards and maintain an integrated release schedule.
• Define readiness criteria, risks, dependencies, communications, training, and support preparation.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions, driving gap closure and timely information.
• Coordinate end-user migrations or transitions with accountable delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional productization programs for market-ready solutions with clear packaging and adoption plans.
• Build and manage launch plans, readiness scorecards, milestones, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure readiness of all functions to sell, market, contract, implement, support, and measure new products.
• Coordinate packaging, pricing tools, discovery forms, contracts, and customer migration requirements.
