Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Dir./Director to develop and lead CAR T channel distribution. The role drives 3PL partnerships, distribution operations, and specialty pharmacy strategies to support scalable commercialization.

You will partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, customer-focused channel operations with robust GTN performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotechnology, pharma, or related operations.
• Experience designing channel strategies for complex therapies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel operations balancing CX, efficiency and GTN.
• Lead 3PL partnerships and distribution operations for CAR T.
• Collaborate on specialty pharmacy and distribution development.
• Analyze channel design and its GTN impact with cross-functional teams.
• Assess economics and optimize reimbursement, costs and profitability.
