Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Director of CAR T Channel Strategy & Operations to lead development and execution of commercial channel infrastructure for CAR T therapy delivery.

The role involves overseeing distribution, 3PL, specialty pharmacy, licensing, government pricing, and channel governance, while collaborating with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure scalable, compliant operations supporting CAR T commercialization. Remote work eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotech, pharma, specialty distribution, or related fields with experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, cell, or gene therapies.
• Strong knowledge of GTN principles, distribution agreements, and commercial contracting.
• Proven ability to develop channel strategies that balance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution, 3PL, specialty pharmacy, licensing, government pricing, and channel governance.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric operations supporting CAR T commercialization.
• Optimize GTN, evaluate channel economics, manage licensing and regulatory compliance, and support market expansion initiatives.
