Markel Group seeks a Senior Manager in the United States (Texas) to lead a team of junior analysts, evaluate, structure, and underwrite risks from new program opportunities, and present findings to senior management.

You will manage the Credit Committee process, review collateral and contractual compliance, and drive AI-enabled reporting improvements across the department, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen controls and decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting.
• Experience with AI tools preferred.
• Experience in property & casualty insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with reinsurers and credit committees preferred.
