Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years experience in building or leading programs within a consumer financial services institution or leading a regulatory compliance, legal, or audit function.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Juris Doctor or other Master’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maturation, and continuous enhancement of the Regulatory Consumer Center of Excellence compliance programs.
• Provide governance, rigorous controls and monitoring, and clear risk escalation processes for program oversight.
• Report program results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and monitor work plans for the effective build out of the program and audit‑ready program frameworks.
• Cultivate collaboration with other risk teams and partner groups for integrated risk management.
