Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one state.
• Minimum 8 years as attorney in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise-wide legal SME on fair lending, CRA, HMDA.
• Advise business units on fair lending initiatives.
• Support compliance programs for fair lending, CRA, HMDA.
• Lead internal/external advocacy on CRA, HMDA, 1071 rulemakings.
• Provide consumer fair lending legal counseling as needed.
