Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Director of Region Supply Chain Logistics to lead Shipping, Transportation, and Distribution for the Alburtis Next Generation DC and surrounding service area. You will drive cost, safety, service, and regulatory compliance while guiding a salaried team and 150+ warehouse associates.

Responsibilities include budgeting, productivity initiatives, and collaboration with 3PL partners to optimize landed cost. Strong DOT knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related experience managing transportation/distribution/fleet operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with 3PL/Distribution Centers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and regulatory requirements for transportation.
