Join a high-impact sales leadership team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation as our Director, Regional Sales. In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Directors responsible for both expanding existing enterprise relationships and winning new business. You'll drive execution across the full sales cycle and play a key role in accelerating our path to $1B+ in revenue.


This fast-paced, results-driven team is composed of experienced, consultative sellers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product-and gain visibility with senior leadership as you shape our regional go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do as Director, Regional Sales:



  • Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts

  • Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers

  • Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success

  • Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health

  • Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth


What You'll Bring as Director, Regional Sales:



  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS

  • Track record of leading teams responsible for both new business and account growth

  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent

  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners
