Are you ready to lead, inspire, and transform higher education partnerships in the West? Sodexo is seeking a strategic and innovative Managing Sales Vice President, Higher Ed (West) to drive growth, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful solutions within our university segment.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your leadership, vision, and sales expertise to shape strategic direction, secure new business, and strengthen our market position in higher education. If you're passionate about client relationships, ambitious growth, and organizational excellence, we want to connect with you.

This position allows for remote work with travel (50-70%).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and processes
  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet sales and market share targets
  • Create strategic plans aligning with long-term corporate goals
  • Identify customer objectives and tailor Sodexo solutions accordingly
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect data, and conduct competitive analysis
  • Assess customer needs, develop solutions, and advise decision-makers
  • Build relationships with senior management (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and sales process integrity
  • Identify profitable projects aligned with corporate vision
  • Monitor strategic plan implementation to meet goals
