Compensation

Dimensional Fund Advisors provided pay range:
$155,000 - $200,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

Role Overview

The Regional Director manages relationships and business development with existing and new clients in the Northwestern US. Responsibilities include leading sales activities, organizing client service efforts, and promoting Dimensional’s investment philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and manage a territory of fee-only, high net worth financial advisors.
  • Develop strategies to expand and retain advisor relationships.
  • Educate advisors on capital market behavior and investment theory.
  • Consult with advisors on building efficient practices and delivering excellent investment experiences.
  • Present Dimensional's investment capabilities at industry events.
  • Implement tailored initiatives and support company programs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and industry spokesperson.
  • Grow revenues, assets under management, and client base within the territory.
Qualifications
  • Alignment with Dimensional’s investment philosophy and business strategy.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a network of fee-based financial advisors.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and self-motivation.
  • 10+ years in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present to groups of varying sizes.
  • Collaborative team player with independence.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required; to be obtained within 12 weeks of hire.
Additional Details

Salary range: $155,000 - $185,000 plus bonuses, depending on credentials and experience.
