Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Director of Experience Design Application, Regional to lead patient experience initiatives across regions. This leader collaborates with regional executives and the system Experience Design team to assess, communicate, and drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes standardizing experience tactics, monitoring metrics, and embedding Voice of the Customer insights into transformational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience in service or healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of patient/customer experience, change management, workforce engagement, surveys, metrics, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and drive performance across regions.
• Create change at all levels of the organization to improve patient experience.
• Oversee design, application, and performance monitoring of experience initiatives.
