Uline is seeking a Director of Regional Facilities to lead the workplace experience across our North American network. You will oversee a dedicated team to maintain buildings to meet Uline’s high standards, from construction to vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction or maintenance teams.
• Experience performing skilled work in one or more building trades.
• Finance or Accounting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Regional Facilities operations, ensuring quality standards.
• Oversee a team of Regional Facilities Managers, maintaining a positive culture.
• Conduct facilities audits and resolve issues to ensure campuses are in top shape.
• Work with vendors and contractors to support new building start-ups.
• Develop budgets and reports for facility projects and operations.
