Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Lead at our Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie to oversee facility operations across 800,000+ sq ft, plan preventative maintenance, budgets, and projects.

You will lead carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, manage landscaping, security, and report maintenance activities. Competitive hourly pay $32-$38 with growth opportunities; on-site position with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Previous hands-on warehouse facilities management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations for the assigned building within a network of over 800,000+ square feet.
• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Schedule, assign and perform projects including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations for your assigned building among our network totaling over 800,000+ square feet of workspace.

• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.

• Schedule, assign and perform projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.

• Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet Uline standards.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.

• Assist with construction project management.

• Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.

• Previous hands-on warehouse facilities management experience preferred.
