Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Facilities Engineer - HVAC to optimize building systems across 55+ facilities. Based at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus, you will oversee HVAC and broad mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operations across North American sites.

You will develop and improve standards, support equipment installations, review engineering assessments, and help manage construction budgets and vendor invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of HVAC, generator and mechanical systems experience.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of HVAC, mechanical and plumbing standards to meet operational and quality needs.
• Collaborate with construction teams to support equipment installations, expansions and building upgrades.
• Review engineering assessments and deliver strategic recommendations for new building systems and upgrades to leadership.
• Assist with construction budgets and ensure accurate, timely review of invoices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
