Atmosphere TV seeks a proactive Director of Regional Brand Partnerships to drive local/regional advertising sales for Atmosphere's platform across DMAs. This remote role reports to the VP of Local & Regional Advertising Sales and focuses on quickly building a pipeline of qualified opportunities while exceeding conservative sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling advertising solutions to local brands, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Formación

• 1–3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Solid understanding of digital, video and/or TV advertising.
• Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication.
• High sales aptitude with ability to solve problems quickly.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Boostr, Pipedrive) is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals through outreach and closing of new business.
• Create plans to quickly grow new categories and markets.
• Develop sales collateral and customized pitch decks.
• Own your business while collaborating with peers on best practices.
• Build media plans and help manage campaigns.
• Be a great partner to clients to grow revenue.
• Define and optimize sales and marketing processes.
• Maintain CRM updates and report market trends.
