Qualifications

• Current Washington State license as a physician (MD/DO) or psychiatric ARNP.
• ARNP board certification in psychiatric/mental health.
• Current DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances in WA.
• 3+ years leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Understanding of recovery principles and trauma-informed care.
• Experience building relationships with community partners, funders, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychiatric and medical services for the outpatient system, including psychiatrists, psychiatric ARNPs, and the RN Manager.
• Ensure timely access to evaluation and medication management per CCBHC standards.
• Oversee physical health screening and metabolic monitoring with RN leadership.
• Support evidence-based medication treatment, including addiction medicines.
• Advise CQI on clinical policy and report quality measures.
• Provide clinical consultation and participate in strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and data reporting for medical services.
