Job summary

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Director of Work Records Integrity & Closeout (WRIC) to lead the governance, records integrity, and closeout functions across electric and gas operations.

You will drive enterprise standards, policies, and performance metrics while partnering with Operations, GIS, Finance, Asset Management, Compliance, and Quality Management to ensure accurate asset records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in utility operations or asset management.
• Experience leading governance frameworks, performance metrics and program improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, GIS, finance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for work records integrity and closeout across utility operations.
• Establish enterprise standards, controls, and governance processes for auditable records.
• Lead policies, procedures and metrics supporting records integrity and closeout excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance documentation quality and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize corrective actions and cross-functional improvements.
