Job summary

Sotalent is seeking a Director of Real-World Evidence and Epidemiology Analytics to lead observational research and advanced analytics using real-world data. You will develop data infrastructure, drive AI-enabled analytics, and support clinical development, market access and health policy decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in RWE/epidemiology, expertise in survival analysis and causal inference, and hands-on SAS/R/Python programming.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or related discipline.
10+ years of real-world evidence generation and epidemiology analytics.
Experience with survival analysis, regression, IPTW, MAIC and causal inference.
Hands-on programming with SAS, R and/or Python on real-world data.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, lead and report observational and epidemiological studies across therapeutic areas.
Assess feasibility and identify real-world data sources (claims, EHRs, registries).
Advise on RWE methods, study protocols and analytic approaches.
Support HTA activities through survival and economic modelling.
Oversee study execution, including analysis plans, statistical programming and reporting.
Lead AI applications within RWD and epidemiology analytics.
Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor scientists and programmers; ensure reproducible processes.
