Responsibilities

• Asset Management of real estate investment portfolio and institutional assets.
• Provide financial analysis to support acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Execute pre-transaction analyses (pro-forma modelling, zoning, campus planning, feasibility).
• Oversee due diligence and engage third-party professionals as needed.
• Develop reports/presentations for university leadership and Board materials.
