Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, including management.
• Undergraduate degree in real estate, accounting, finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and demonstrate integrity in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management of properties within the real estate investment portfolio and other institutional assets.
• Provide technical and financial expertise to evaluate and negotiate complex transactions with internal stakeholders.
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing for real estate property assets.
• Perform pre-transaction analysis (e.g. pro-forma modeling, zoning & campus plan analysis, feasibility and sensitivity).
• Lead due diligence processes and manage third-party consultants as needed.
• Develop and review complex financial models to forecast cash flows and investment performance.
