Job Class Overview

Exercise management responsibility over clinical and non-clinical hospital and ambulatory functions, ensuring efficient services that meet the needs of patients, staff, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement plans, operations, and programs in coordination with the Vice President, providing administrative direction to staff management, including standards, business plans, procurement, and budgeting.
• Coordinate schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation to meet objectives and policies.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services across clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Assist in staffing, policy, and procedural analyses as delegated by the Vice President.
• Prepare reports on progress, trends, and recommendations.
• Manage personnel functions such as hiring, promotions, and scheduling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
