General Description of the Job Class

This role involves exercising management responsibility over clinical and non-clinical hospital and ambulatory functions, ensuring efficient services that meet the needs of patients, staff, and personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Establish and implement plans, operations, and programs in coordination with the Vice President, providing administrative direction to staff management, and maintaining standards for procedures, business plans, procurement, contracting, and other initiatives. Manage budgetary requirements, monitor expenditures, and oversee financial reconciliation.
2. Coordinate schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation to ensure objectives and policies are met across all work aspects, collaborating with the Vice President and other leaders.
3. Ensure the efficient, coordinated delivery of services by aligning clinical and non-clinical activities with leadership.
4. Assist the Vice President with staffing analyses, policy recommendations, and other delegated duties.
5. Prepare reports on progress, trends, and provide recommendations as needed.
6. Develop data and dashboard reports to support project and operational functions.
7. Manage personnel functions including hiring, promotions, transfers, and scheduling.
8. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
