Job summary

TreQ, based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing and Deployment Operations to turn prototypes into repeatable builds and lead customer deployments through installation and acceptance. You will mature manufacturing practices, documentation, and team capability, while owning supply chain, import/export, quality, facilities and lifecycle support.

Reporting to the CEO as a member of TreQ’s executive team, you will shape the company’s growth and scale the operational

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning production and delivery of complex hardware in a commercial environment.
• Experience bringing integrated systems into operation at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build TreQ’s manufacturing team and capability, maturing prototypes into repeatable system builds and advancing manufacturing readiness with Engineering.
• Lead customer deployments through installation, commissioning and acceptance, and establish lifecycle support, maintenance and spares.
• Own supply chain, purchasing and inventory, including supplier performance, long-lead items, import/export compliance and international logistics.
• Establish quality and configuration-control practices, developing controlled procedures, work instructions, manuals and product records with Engineering.
• Ensure technical facilities and infrastructure are ready for system build and operation at TreQ and customer sites.
