UnitedHealth Group seeks a Director of Product on the Quality Optimization team within OptumInsight to drive strategy and execution for NCQA, CMS Stars, MSSP, and related quality programs. Remote work is possible nationwide with in-office requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. for some roles.

The role focuses on AI-enabled capabilities, portfolio management, and delivering measurable quality improvements while managing cross-functional teams and client communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare, healthcare tech, or technology sectors.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• 5+ years of HEDIS measures expertise, CMS Stars program excellence, MSSP/ACO REACH or similar quality program.

Responsabilités

• Drive showcase and align on product vision, go-to-market strategy, and technology roadmap with an AI-centric approach.
• Manage capabilities across the entire product development life cycle.
• Optimize ongoing product performance, metrics, enhancements, financial health, and investments.
• Understand and evaluate enterprise-wide assets for portfolio expansion and value.
• Demonstrate systems thinking and anticipate downstream impacts of decisions.
• Serve as product champion and SME for business and sales partners.
• Empower and lead product teams and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Own go-to-market material updates and support compliance, privacy, and legal submissions.
• Support both new and existing client communications.
