Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, QC Automation to own the deployment and lifecycle of Automated QC capabilities across the Cell Therapy manufacturing network. You will serve as technology owner for AQC equipment and software, coordinating priorities with ADA, AS&T, and receiving sites to ensure reliable, on-schedule operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap and lifecycle for AQC.
• Lead deployment of AQC systems across the network.
• Define system requirements with ADA/AS&T.
• Ensure operational and quality readiness at sites.
• Represent AQC strategy in network forums.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure AQC meets cGMP and support regulatory filings.
• Establish KPIs and report progress.
• Lead and develop the deployment team.
