Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, QC Automation to own the deployment and lifecycle of Automated QC capabilities across the Cell Therapy manufacturing network. You will coordinate priorities with ADA, AS&T, and receiving sites to ensure reliable, on-schedule deployments in a controlled state.

You will lead the technology roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with cGMP and supporting regulatory filings. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of cGMPs and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience with automated lab or analytical technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap and lifecycle for AQC equipment and software.
• Lead deployment of AQC systems across multiple sites and programs.
• Partner with ADA and AS&T to define requirements and validate performance.
• Ensure readiness at receiving sites ahead of go-live and report progress.
• Represent AQC strategy in network governance forums.
• Identify risks to deployment timelines and drive mitigations.
• Ensure AQC systems meet cGMP requirements and support regulatory filings.
• Establish KPIs and manage deployment metrics.
• Lead and develop the AQC deployment team.
