Job summary

Knowtion Health seeks a dynamic Director II, QA, Training, and AI Readiness to lead enterprise quality assurance and learning programs across Revenue Cycle operations. You will drive AI readiness, establish governance, and align talent development with organizational priorities while partnering with cross-functional leaders.

The role requires strategic leadership over managers, supervisors, and trainers to elevate quality, compliance, and operational excellence in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Quality Assurance, Training, Operational Excellence, or Workforce Development.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing leaders, supervisors, managers, or functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality assurance programs across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Denials, Appeals, Complex Claims and related Revenue Cycle functions.
• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise learning and workforce development programs.
• Lead AI readiness and workforce adoption initiatives for AI-enabled tools across Revenue Cycle operations.
• Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training, quality and remediation strategies.
• Drive data-driven improvement to reduce defects, improve quality, productivity, and client service.
