Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management and claims prevention activities.

• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards and techniques to improve service quality and efficiency.
